Net-Recipe Soft

I grew up in the sweet and delicious atmosphere of the family patisserie and at an early age discovered the respect and passion of work well executed. 

Pastry chef since 1975, my career has been divided between the traditional patisserie, the hotel trade and teaching.  About ten years ago, the passion for competitions gradually became replaced with the passion for computer science but always with the notion of using it to move further forward in my profession.

My first computer, bought twenty years back, was done so with the intention of using it to generate and work on my recipes.  Having been unable to find a solution which suited me, I began to create my first data base.

I had to wait a few years before succeeding in developing software which combined both simplicity and performance, and to find a solution responding to the needs of recipe research and classification which usually requires a lifetime in our professions.

This software continued to evolve and became Net-Recipe.
